This simple recipe shared by digital manufacturer @myflawourfuljourney shows you how to prepare the pleasure of these bite size.
1. Prepare the mixture
Rinse a cup of poha well and dry the water. Add suji and yogurt, mix well until joint. Allow the mixture to relax for 15-20 minutes before giving another movement.
2. Shape Tikkis
In the restied mixture, add salt, black sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves. Make small tikkis and steam them in steamers for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
3. Nature and service
Heat some oil in hard work. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chili, allowing them to burst. Toss in boiled tikkis, sprinkle sambar masala, and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot and enjoy!
