BTS’s Suga leaves BigHit’s rental house amid disputes with neighbors
BTS star Suga has vacated his residence after noise and privacy complaints from neighbors. The rent of this house was also collected by his agency BigHit Music.
BTS member Suga has vacated Park Hannam, the luxury villa located in the exclusive UN Village in Seoul, where he was living under a long-term lease. The property, valued at 9.5 billion won (approximately $7.1 million USD), was rented with the deposit fully covered by BigHit Music, the agency that manages BTS.
Suga had been living at Parc Hannam since November 2021 after leaving Hannam Riverhill, another prestigious residence he purchased for 3.4 billion won in 2018. Reports suggest that disputes with neighbors led to Hannam’s departure from Riverhill. However, in May 2023, Suga moved again, this time to Nine One Hannam, another high-end property.
Fans have speculated about the reasons behind his frequent moves, with his most recent departure in May 2024 still shrouded in mystery.
Earlier, BTS member Suga was accused of driving an electric scooter while intoxicated on the night of August 6. The rapper and producer was reportedly returning home from work when he collapsed on the road while riding. A breath test revealed that the BTS member was under the influence of alcohol and he was fined. The artist’s license has also been cancelled.
Suga is currently completing his mandatory military service as a social service agent.
