BTS leader and rapper RM aka Kim Namjoon recently shared a cute post of himself and Kim Seokjin (Jin). BTS’s eldest band member Jin was discharged from the army on June 12 after completing his mandatory military service.

RM shared a candid photo of himself hugging Jin, writing, “Congratulations on your discharge, Dad.” RM also played the saxophone to welcome Jin.

All the members reunited to welcome Jin back from the army. RM also shared a photo of himself, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook and captioned it “2025”, which means the band will come together again next year. The rest of the members are currently enlisted in the army.

Following his comeback, Jin will attend the band’s annual festival on June 13, where he will interact closely with the BTS fandom, known as ARMY.

Jin is also reportedly collaborating with Coldplay for a new track. He will also release his solo album sometime soon, according to reports.

BTS will reunite for musical activities in the latter half of 2025.
