What’s the difference between broccoli and cauliflower?

The most striking difference between these cruciferous vegetables is their color and shape. Broccoli is dark green in color and has spreading florets, almost resembling a small tree. Cauliflower, on the other hand, is white with dense florets. You will find that the head of cauliflower is denser than that of broccoli. Apart from these external differences, there is also a slight difference in their taste and nutritional values.

Broccoli is packed with nutrition and offers incredible health benefits. According to the nutritionist, broccoli is a great source of fiber and protein, both of which are macronutrients.
