British comedian Russell Brand today appear in London Court to appear on rape charges
British actor-comedian Russell brand will appear in a London court after alleging rape and sexual harassment in cases related to four women two decades ago.

British actor and comedian Russell Brand is going to come on charges of rape and sex attacks in cases related to four separate women for more than two decades, after being accused in London court last month on Friday.
The brand, which was once one of Britain’s most high-profile broadcasters and is the ex-husband of US pop singer Katy Perry, has always denied non-absorbed sex because the allegations about them were first aired two years ago.
The 49 -year -old comedian was accused of involving four women between 1999 and 2005 in two cases of rape, oral rape, indecent attack and sexual harassment by the London police on 4 April.
Following the allegations, the brand stated that in his short days before marrying children, he was a fool and a sex addict, but “which I was never, was a rapist”.
He said in a video statement, “I have never said in non-conscious activity.” “I am now getting an opportunity to protect these allegations in court and I am incredibly grateful to it.”
In the 2000s, the brand was a regular on the British screen, known for its fiery style and appearance. He worked for BBC and starred in several films, including “Getting Greek” before marrying Perry in 2010. He divorced after 14 months.
In the early 2020s, he faded from the mainstream culture, mainly visible on his internet channel, where he transmits his ideas on American politics and free speech.
In September 2023, Sunday Times newspaper and Channel 4 TV documentary show “Dispatch” reported allegations of sexual offenses against him and the London police opened an investigation a few weeks later.
The brand, who said last year that he had become a Christian, dismissed the allegations.
He said, “These allegations are related to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in newspapers all the time, when I was in films. And as I wrote a large scale in my books, I was very, very spectacular,” he said.
