Bridgerton Season 4 has officially begun. The makers have shared photos of actors Yerin Ha and Luke Thompson from the sets of the show.

The makers of Netflix’s popular series Bridgerton have shared a glimpse of the new cast for season four and announced that the show is officially in production. Actor Yerin Ha has been cast alongside Luke Thompson, who plays Benedict Bridgerton in the series.
“Esteemed members of the Tonight Show, we are thrilled to inform you that Bridgerton Season 4 has officially begun!” the producers wrote alongside photos of Luke and Yrene.
Yerin will play the mysterious Lady in Silver, aka Sophie Beck, who Benedict falls in love with. Talking about the upcoming season, Luke Thompson told Netflix, “What’s most striking about Season 4 is the conflict between a proper old-school fairy tale – the romance of it – and the stark reality of the world.”

The Bridgerton Season 4 logline reads, “Season 4 turns its focus to the bohemian second son, Benedict. Despite his older and younger brothers being happily married, Benedict is reluctant to settle down.”
Other actors joining the cast for Season 4 include Katie Leung, Michelle Mao and Isabella Wei. The show is currently being filmed on the newly built backlot at Shepperton Studios.
Set in Regency-era London, Bridgerton is based on Julia Quinn’s books, each of which focuses on a sibling in the Bridgerton family. The third season skipped the third book in Quinn’s series about Benedict Bridgerton to focus on Colin and Penelope.
While all three seasons of Bridgerton are streaming on Netflix, the streamer has not yet announced a release date for the new season, which will consist of eight episodes.
