Loca Chapter One- Chandra, starring Kalyani Priyadarshan and Nahnan in the lead roles, is watching a solid run at the box office. The Malayalam film, directed by Dominic Arun, marks the beginning of a new superhero cinematic universe. Based on the Kerala Fokalore, the film has opened for a positive word-mouth, which is fueling its box office runs and reflecting immediately in its leg.
After making the 5th largest inauguration of 2025 in Kerala, Loca Chapter One-Chandra recorded a good jump of 20 percent on the second day. Interestingly, the film is performing better than its rival release- Hridaypurvam and Odam Kuthira Chadam Kuthira.

Bankar Salman’s production banner Vafare Films started his box office trip with a strong opening of Rs 2.70 crore at the Kerala box office by Bancold, Loca Chapter One-Chandra. It looked at an impressive high on the second day and according to estimates, raked for Rs 3.25 crore. The total two -day cum of Loca Chapter One is now Rs 5.95 crore at the Bollywood box office.
Loca was released in a conflict with Mohanlal’s Hridaypurvam and Fahd Fasil’s Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira. This rival is doing better than both and has now dominated the box office. When compared with the film Lalettan, Loca has a gain of Rs 15 lakh in two days, despite opening on low figures.
