Final destination: Bloodlines have achieved a milestone which was a long time. The sixth installment in the long-running supernatural horror franchise crossed the USD 100 million points at the domestic box office on Thursday, for doing so only the 10th post-Covid horror film became a film. The film organized USD 100.9 million USD in theaters by the end of its second full week in theaters, with a strong USD 1.9 million seconds Thursday, the largest for the final destination franchisee.
The figure marked a respectable 38.8 percent decline from its previous Thursday and crossed the final destination (2009), which made a USD 663K with a decline of 58.8 percent. With the positive word of mouth and solid workdays, bloodline continues to perform better than expectations and now the USD is looking at a final domestic run in the 125–135 million range.
The film is also ready to overtake Alien: Romulus (USD 105.3m), which becomes the ninth largest-grossing post-cover horror release in the US and will soon enter all-time top 30 horror films. Worldwide, Final Destination: Bloodlines have earned a USD 192.8 million, making it not only the highest -grossing entry in the series, but the best review, which generally receives positive response from both fans and critics.
Directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein, Bloodlines is based on a story by John Watts and is a screenplay of Gai Basik and Lori Evans Taylor. Cattyin Santa Juan led the artists as a college student in a visit to a tragedy inherited from her grandmother. As death starts crawling close to his family, he should highlight the secret behind the premiere to change his fate. Artists also include TEO briones, Richard Hermon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Anna Lore, BREC Bassinger and Franchise experienced Tony Tod.
Initially slated for a streaming release on HBO Max, Warner Bros., paintings were published for a dramatic rollout after the delay due to the SAG-AFTRA strike. Filming wrapped in Vancouver in May 2024, and the film welcomed the audience in theaters on 16 May.
Thanks to a compelling story, indifferent appeal, and strong fan reception, final destination: Bloodlines have breathed a new life in the franchise, hoping horror enthusiasts for more sequel in the future.
