Written and directed by Dhinakaran Civalingam, the bottle Radha is produced by Pa Ranjith and TN Arunbalji. While Rupesh Shaji worked on the cinematography of the film, E Sangtiyan handled the editing. The music scene for the film was composed by Rolden.
Guru Somasundaram is in the lead role, while Sanka Natarajan and John Vijay are in important roles. Meanwhile, Lolu Sabha Maran, Abhi Ramyah, JP Kumar, Marku Thodarchi, Malai Antony, Perry Ilwazhagan, Arumugvel, KS Karuna Prasad, and Malti Ashok Navin Star as auxiliary characters.
