Border 2, directed by Anurag Singh and starring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty, is taking its last breaths at the box office. The military action drama made Rs. 10 lakh on its sixth Sunday, taking the sixth week’s earnings to Rs. 1.25 crores. The decline compared to last week is about 40 percent.
The running charge of Border 2 is now Rs. Earned Rs 305 crore by the end of the sixth week. The Sunny Deol starrer is expected to continue gaining some popularity for the next two weeks till the release of Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge. It is likely that its theatrical run will be around Rs. Rs 305.50 crore. Earning Rs 306 crore at the Indian box office.
Backed by JP Dutta Films and T-Series Films, the military action drama film performed best over the weekend and was fairly average on weekdays. Border 2 emerged as the first clean hit film of 2026. At one time, getting a super hit or blockbuster decision was on its radar; However, the film did not get the momentum it needed during weekdays. Nevertheless, Border 2 proved to be Sunny Deol’s second highest-grossing film and the career best of the rest of the cast.
