Border 2, directed by Anurag Singh, is doing well at the box office. The film registered a growth of 10 percent on its second discounted Tuesday and collected Rs. Tally 5.50 crores. The increase was due to subsidized ticket prices, otherwise it would have either remained stable or declined slightly. This brings its total revenue to close to Rs. Earning 265 crores at Indian box office.
Expect to see a drop in movie prices on Wednesday when ticket prices return to normal rates. The Sunny Deol starrer military action drama is expected to collect around Rs. 15,000 in its second week. Will earn Rs. 65 crores or more, taking its entire cost to Rs. Will take till. 275 crore nett mark and then the film will move towards Rs. 300 crore club.
Border 2 had a good start and then registered a great trend over the weekend. It looked like it could collect Rs. Rs 500 crore net or more.
