Kangana Ranaut’s delayed release Emergency is finally releasing on the big screens on January 17. Based on an important chapter of Indian history, this political drama has been directed by the actress herself. Kangana Ranaut plays Indira Gandhi in the film, alongside Shreyas Talpade, Anupam Kher, Milind Soman, Vishakh Nair, Mahima Chaudhary and others.
The makers were successful in creating some stir during its initial release plan in September 2024. However, they will have to spread awareness about the film once again, as a large section of the audience is not even aware of the new release date of Emergency. ,

However, the film has failed to generate significant buzz among the audiences even after the release of its first-look poster, teaser and songs. Manufacturers will need to adopt an aggressive marketing strategy; Otherwise, its box office fate seems almost assured.

Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahadia starrer aerial action drama Sky Force is set to hit the screens during the Republic Day 2025 weekend. Directed by Sandeep Kewali and Abhishek Anil Kapoor, Sky Force will be the biggest release of January 2025.
Since Akshay Kumar’s career is going through a rough phase and there is no special pre-release promotion about the film yet, it will be a bit difficult to predict its performance at the box office.
The promotional campaign for Sky Force is likely to begin in the first week of January, with the trailer releasing on January 3. We hope for a strong comeback of Akshay Kumar at the box office.

Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde starrer Deva is set to release on screens on January 30, 2025. The neo-noir cop investigation drama directed by Roshan Andrews is expected to do well provided it gets great word-of-mouth.
Shahid Kapoor’s last release, Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, was a successful venture. The makers should start the promotional campaign soon to increase the anticipation and highlight Shahid Kapoor’s portrayal of a no-nonsense cop.
