If you have a meal with a hunger to detect recipes from all over the world, Delhi-NCR is home to some incredible restaurant offering authentic global cuisine. One such wonderful restaurant that I have recently seen is Easy Tiger by Boron, who brings the heart of Thai food to a vibrant, modern place in Gurugram. Eating on Easy Tiger, from bold spices in its signature sauce to tropical fruits in fresh drinks, is like taking a food passage for Thailand.
Vibe and atmosphere:
The restaurant, which opened its doors a few months ago, is already stirring with the mentor. I went to the easy tiger for a hearty Sunday afternoon meal. The weather of February was pleasant, and so there was a welcoming employee and warm interiors.
Using natural materials like wood in decoration, a lot of light brown and soil textures appeared. A touch of soft blues used in luxurious seating added a chic vibe. The installation of fish prepared with a magnificent cane was higher than the roof, its complex, hand design makes it a stunning view.

The dishes were bold, fresh Thai flavors with a contemporary turn. Here I tried everything:
We were welcomed with a round of mocktail – light and fresh Emerald Sky Cucumber, peppermint, agave, super lime and soda; Together kick flip As the name suggests, guava came with juice, thensco and Thai Spice-dust’s kick-flavor. Both drinks were unique and interesting.

I started my food again Pmelo Yam Som-O Salad. It is undoubtedly one of the best salads I have ever done, with raspberries, toasted coconut and fresh mint fresh. I can eat it on repeating it!

Next, we tried Bangkok fried chicken Which was served with pineapple rods, similar to the American classic French French French-Burger Combo. The taste of chicken was rather light, and the outer layer was not very crisp.

In vegetarian, we tried Chinatown chivs cakeWhich was cooked for perfection – a little crisp and soft and chewing inside.

My eye caught a comment on the menu stating, “Ask Prik Name PLA If you are a true Thai lover. “I am sure that this sauce tried and enjoyed a combination of fish sauce, lime juice, and bright red Thai chillies. Another interesting spicy Thai sauce that we have tried is called it. Name Funker,

I am a very big fan of baos and dumplings and cannot leave without some samples. We ordered Boron Bibik Pork Bao Which was the most soft and a sweet, delicious taste. I also tried Chili basil chicken dumplings Which had a fresh, generous and delicious filling.

An interesting mocktail that I tried was called Midnight dragon With cranberry juice, mangostein, Makrat, super orange, palm sugar and ginger ale. The best thing about this mocktail was that high, bubbly, circular foam you had to sips to go to your drink. Fun and fantastic view!

We also tried Watermelon Chinese Thai The mocktail that was made with fresh watermelon juices, watermelon pieces, Kafir Lime and Basil.

While searching the menu, we tried PsychiatricsThe fish was light, well cooked and fresh bok choy and well paired with a sweet and spicy broth.

We also ordered Panang Curry With chicken – a type of red Thai curry that is thick, salty and sweet, which has a lime taste. While I loved everything about Curry, I was not very fond of the scent of intense lime. We pair with curry Boiled jasmine rice,

We finished our food Pandan trace leches for dessert. Light-green-tond cake was super soft and fresh with fragrant coconut creams and toasted almond bunches. A 10/10 actually.

Fun, lively and heart-filled, easy tiger by Boron is a wonderful restaurant, especially for Thai food lovers in Delhi-NCR.
