Dharmendra prayer meeting: Salman, Shabana Azmi arrive; Bobby Deol joins Vidya Balan
A prayer meeting was being organized for late actor Dharmendra in Mumbai after his death on November 24, 2025. Bobby Deol, Salman Khan, Shabana Azmi and other celebrities came to pay tribute to him.

Following the death of late actor Dharmendra on November 24, 2025, a prayer meeting was being held in Mumbai for him, with family, friends and colleagues paying tribute. Bobby Deol, Sharman Joshi and others came to pay tribute to him.
Apart from Bobby, Sharman and others, actor Salman Khan also arrived at the prayer meeting held in Mumbai to pay tribute to the late actor. Salman was close to the Deol family and had also invited Dharmendra to ‘Bigg Boss 16’.






Late actor Shammi Kapoor’s wife Neela Devi and actor Arbaaz Khan’s son Arhaan Khan also reached the prayer meeting in their car. Actor-comedian Manish Paul also came to pay tribute to him.

Actor Aditya Roy Kapur along with his elder brother, producer Siddharth Roy Kapur attended the prayer meeting to pay tribute to Dharmendra. Actress Vidya Balan was also with him. Actor Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja and son Yashvardhan also attended the late actor’s prayer meeting. Singer Mohit Chauhan also arrived in his car to pay tribute to him.




Actor Sanjay Khan’s daughter and designer Farah Khan Ali also attended Dharmendra’s prayer meeting in Mumbai to pay tribute to him. Producer Bhushan Kumar, actors Divya Dutta, Ameesha Patel, designer Manish Malhotra, actors Vijay Verma and Fardeen Khan also attended the prayer meeting of the late actor.







Dharmendra was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in South Mumbai due to health complications till his death. Reports indicate that he was put on a ventilator after having difficulty breathing. Despite signs of improvement, he died on 24 November.
The actor’s last rites were performed in Mumbai on the same day. The ceremony was attended by many prominent personalities from the film industry, notably Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, underscoring the deep respect he holds among his colleagues.
In the days following his death, several celebrities visited Dharmendra’s Juhu residence to pay tribute and express condolences to his family. On Tuesday, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor arrived, along with Hrithik Roshan along with his father Rakesh Roshan. Ajay Devgan, Saif Ali Khan, Asha Parekh, Karisma Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani were also seen at the residence.
