Actor Bobby Deol celebrated the 71st wedding anniversary of his parents, Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur, in which a heart-taching Instagram post shared a rare glimpse of his joyful moment and permanent love.

Deol put the caption small, simple and emotional, writing, “Happy Anniversary Ma and Papa”, followed by a string of the heart. The post has become viral since then fans and fellow celebrities bathed the couple with love and blessings.

Dharmendra tied a knot with Prakash Kaur before becoming popular in Bollywood in 1954 in 1954. The couple shared four children – Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Ajita Deol and Vijetta Deol.

However, he later married actor Hema Malini. He first met on the set of his film ‘Tumor Haseen Main Jawan’. Their pairing were loved by the audience. It is believed that when they decided to get married, Malini’s parents were against it. Despite the difficulties, the couple tied the knot in 1980. Dharmendra has two daughters, including Malini – Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.

However, Dharmendra and Kaur never got divorce. Kaur is known to maintain a simple and personal life, and rarely makes public appearances.

Meanwhile, Hema Malini shared pictures of her and Dharmendra on her anniversary last year. On the work front, Dharmendra last appeared in ‘Teri Batoon Meen Aisa Ulja Jia’ with Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. The next he will appear in Shri Ram Raghavan’s upcoming film ‘Ikis’, starring Agastya Nanda.
