Zoe Kravitz has been receiving praises from Hollywood industry personalities after the release of her debut directorial film, Blink Twice. Adding another name to the list, Taylor Swift also praised the 24-year-old for her film.
The film stars Channing Tatum in the lead role, who plays Slater King. Swift shared nice words on her Instagram along with a poster of Blink Twice with a trigger warning for the audience.
On her social media story, the Grammy-winning singer shared, “This film is incredible. Thrilling, twisted, extremely funny and amazing to watch.” She further wrote, “The performances are phenomenal. @zoeisabellakravitz conceived it, wrote it, paid attention to every detail and directed it with such a clear and bold vision.”
The Anti-Hero singer added, “I am so impressed with what he has done here and I look forward to seeing this film and what this brilliant filmmaker has to offer for everyone.” Swift also added a trigger warning for viewers after the film was announced as R-rated. “Trigger warning: Contains adult themes and depictions of violence, including sexual violence. It may be disturbing or triggering to some viewers,” the singer wrote.
A trigger warning for the film was issued after Amazon Studios issued a warning about the violent content present in the film. According to Blink Twice’s website, “Although this is a fictional film, it contains adult themes and depictions of violence – including sexual violence. It may disturb or upset some viewers.”

Last week, the Big Little Lies actress attended the Eras Tour concert with her boyfriend Channing Tatum. The couple were also gifted guitar picks by Swift’s father, which Tatum revealed they will sell and donate the money to charity.
Talking about the film, Blink Twice is the story of Slater King who invites his friends to vacation on his private island. However, things soon get suspicious as some dark secrets are revealed. Talking about the cast of the film, Channing Tatum is accompanied by actors like Naomi Ackie, Adria Argiona and Alia Shawkat.
Blink Twice is running successfully in theatres.
