The focus during Black Friday shopping is mostly on new stuff — but some old, refurbished gadgets deserve some love, too. Here are some refurbished iPhones (some of them in good enough condition to be labeled refurbished premium).
The iPhone 15 Pro is a few generations old, but it still offers modern features like an LTPO display, USB-C charging, satellite connectivity, and UWB. This is before switching to the higher resolution telephoto and ultra-wide cameras, however, as both modules are 12MP. On the plus side, the 48MP main has a larger 1/1.28” sensor.

The iPhone 16e is only a few months old, but refurbished units are already appearing. It has the Apple A18 chipset, which is newer than the A17 Pro inside the 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. However, the single 48MP camera on the back (with a tiny 1/2.55″ sensor) isn’t great. Still, the 16e is relatively small (6.1″ display, 167 grams), making it a solid alternative to a second phone.
