Vijay Sethupathi ousts VJ Paaru and Kamaruddin
A latest promo released by the makers of Bigg Boss Tamil Season 9 shows host Vijay Sethupathi disappointed with the behavior of two contestants, VJ Paaru and Kamaruddin. After schooling them, the host draws two red cards, therefore eliminating them two weeks before the finale.
Vijay’s sharp reaction came after VJ Paru and Kamaruddin’s violent behavior towards their co-contestant Sandra. All this happened when the contestants took part in the Ticket to Finale task. 9 contestants were required to sit in one car to get direct entry into the finale. The last person left in the vehicle will be declared the winner.
The first person to get out was Vikram, as he could not get into the car. In the middle of the task, there was an altercation between Sandra, Kamaruddin and VJ Paru, due to which they used abusive words for each other. The argument escalated so much that Kamaruddin and VJ Paru threw Sandra out of the car. After falling out, Sandra suffered a seizure and was immediately given medical attention.
His unacceptable behavior during the task shocked the rest of the contestants including Vijay. Hence, the host warned Kamaruddin and VJ Paru and later showed them two red cards. Many people were happy with his strong action after the incident, Sandra even shed tears.
The episode will be aired today (Saturday, January 3, 2026) on Star Vijay. If reports are to be believed, the finale is expected to take place on January 11, 2026.
