Vijay Sethupathi announced on Sunday (December 1) that actor Shivakumar has been ousted from the show. He is the seventh contestant to be eliminated from the reality show. For those unaware, Shivakumar was one of the wildcard contestants of the show. However, even after a few weeks, everyone criticized her for not speaking openly and showing her true self.

Last week Deepak was the captain of the house. This week saw many ups and downs with the task ‘Neeyum Bommai Naanum Bommai’.

Vijay Sethupathi criticized Sachina

Vijay Sethupathi asked the contestants about Deepak’s captaincy. Most of the contestants appreciated him for bringing order inside the house. Some people called him out for being overly strict and rude. Sachana was one of the contestants who cut flowers claiming that Deepak was not listening to what she was going to say.

The Maharaja actor asked Sachana the reason for cutting the flowers. While explaining, Sethupathi found that Sachana’s reasons were trivial and the flowers were not worth cutting as Deepak had only asked her to wash the utensils. After this the host scolded her when everyone was talking and she was not following the decorum of the stage.

Sachana became defensive, but Sethupathi silenced her, saying that what she was doing was wrong.

Arun vs Manjari – Vijay Sethupathi chooses who is right

Last week there was a big fight between Arun and Manjari over a piece of bread. The fight escalated when Deepak intervened and lost his temper. After this they had a serious discussion to resolve the issue. However, it ended with the contestants taking aim at Manjari, who started crying.

After this Sethupathi asked Manjari what went wrong. When she explained, he belittled her and upset her more. He then asked Arun to explain his side of the story and found that he was right. Sachana also intervened and shared her views. Sethupathi silences him asking him not to guess.

He then persuades Manjari to admit that she was wrong.

Vijay Sethupathi warns Ryan, Raanav and Jeffrey

Naanum Bommai During the Naanum Bommai task, a fight broke out between Ryan, Raanv and Jeffrey. During the task, Raanv caught Jeffrey, due to which he got hurt. To help Jeffrey, Ryan locks up Raavan, and he strangles her. Jeffrey elbows Ranav while trying to reason with him.

After the task, Ryan got into a scuffle with Raanav and the other contestants had to intervene. After this he warned all the contestants to take care of the safety of the other contestants and then played the game.

Shivakumar is out of the show

Sachana, Ranjeet, Anandi and Shivkumar were the last four contestants in the danger zone. They were asked to visit the activity room where a ball pit was placed with dolls. The contestants were asked to choose a doll and the person whose doll (with their name) was not there was considered out.

Shivakumar’s doll was not in the ball pit and hence he was eliminated from the show.

Vijay Sethupathi expressed his disappointment at his removal and said, “You are an excellent actor with a great future.”

The episode ended with a discussion between Jeffrey and Sachana about competing for the captaincy job.
