Big Box Office: Ranveer Singh’s film is in good shape, heading towards Rs 750 crore mark

Dhurandhar is holding quite well in its fifth week. The film starring Ranveer Singh collected Rs. Earned Rs 3.75 crore on its 5th Wednesday, taking its total to Rs. Earning Rs 743.75 crore at the Indian box office. Another rupee will be added to this. 3 crore or more on its 5th Thursday, which will take its ongoing earnings close to Rs. Net mark of Rs 750 crore.

This film directed by Aditya Dhar has already become the highest grossing film in the Hindi film industry i.e. Bollywood by surpassing Pushpa 2 Hindi. Dhurandhar will remain in theaters till Border 2 hits the big screens as there will be no important Hindi releases in between. Based on current trends, the film is expected to earn Rs. 775 crore nett. Hit by Rs. 800 crore nett mark seems difficult now, unless the film surprises with its hold even after Border 2.

Dhurandhar has emerged as the most watched original Hindi film theatrically in the post-pandemic era, selling nearly 3.25 crore tickets, surpassing Gadar 2. It is expected to close its run by crossing 3.50 crore viewers. However, it seems quite difficult to surpass Dangal’s 3.70 crore footfall to become the most watched original Hindi film in the last twenty-five years.
