Big Box Office: Ranveer Singh’s film collects Rs 665 crore worldwide with Rs 15 million overseas in two weeks

Dhurandhar has topped the chart with US$15 million overseas earnings in two weeks, with the second week earning US$8.75 million. The second week was 35 percent higher than the already incredible first week, taking its total overseas earnings to around US$15.225 million (Rs 138 crore). Combined with Rs. 527 crore from India, global box office collection is Rs. Approximately Rs 665 crore.

This is Rs. The benchmark of Rs 1000 crore worldwide, but the way the film is progressing, it will be close to crossing it in the domestic market itself.

The second week number is an all-time record for Bollywood films in some territories, while ranking second in others. Record numbers were seen in the United States and Australia. The United Kingdom came close to beating Saira, who had set the record earlier this year. Overall, they stand third behind Jaawaan (US$10 million) and Pathan (US$9.10 million), both of which not only released in the Middle East but also had major contributions from there. Without the Middle East, the big guns come forward with ease.

The top market for Dhurandhar is the United States with US$6.30 million. It is sure to touch the US$10 million mark and could challenge Pathan for the top spot. The Australian is owed AUD 3.20 million and is on track to overtake Animal for the all-time record. Similarly, Canada is fantastic with CAD 3.88 million, and could top Animal. The United Kingdom got off to a slow start last week, but has made strong progress. Overall, all the major markets are active, now even the smaller markets are performing well.

Regional details of overseas box office collections of Dhurandhar are as follows:

area Total
United States of America 6,300,000 US dollars
Canada 2,820,000 US dollars
Australia 2,115,000 US dollars
new zealand 290,000 US dollars
Nepal 350,000 US dollars
united kingdom 2,150,000 US dollars
Germany 300,000 US dollars
rest of Europe 450,000 US dollars
rest of the world 450,000 US dollars

migrant 15,225,000 US dollars

With tremendous momentum, huge spillovers and the upcoming holiday period, the film can aim to gross US$25 million or more. This may not seem like much compared to Jawan and Pathan’s around USD 50 million, and is on par with some other films that have grossed USD 25-30 million, but here this would be excluding the Middle Eastern markets, which could add USD 5-10 million and entirely on the strength of the four major markets, which would gross record or near record numbers.
