Viral: Big B hugs Ravi Kishan, praises each other’s films ‘Kalki’, ‘Missing Ladies’
In the viral video, Amitabh Bachchan and Ravi Kishan are seen hugging each other at the Ambani party. Both the actors praised each other’s acting in their respective films ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ and ‘Laapata Ladies’.
Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan met Ravi Kishan at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s lavish wedding on July 12. Ravi Kishan shared a video on his Instagram handle in which the two are seen hugging and praising each other’s performances in their latest films, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ and ‘Missing Ladies’.
Ravi shared the video on Instagram, which instantly went viral. He wrote, “I was praising his character in ‘Kalki’ and the superstar of the century, Mr @amitabhbachchan ji #laapataaladies was praising my character Manohar. He shows a great artist and a great personality. That’s why he is the superstar of the century. His love became a blessing. Stay tuned (folded hands emoji) (sic).”

In the clip, when Ravi praises Big B’s performance in ‘Kalki’, the veteran actor can be heard humbly saying, “Nothing, our role was small (It was nothing. I played a small role) (sic).”
For those who don’t know, let us tell you that Amitabh Bachchan played the role of Ashwatthama in ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. This film starring Prabhas earned Rs 543.35 crore in the second week and surpassed the lifetime collection of ‘Pathan’. Directed by Nag Ashwin, this film also stars Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan in important roles. Actors Vijay Deverakonda, Dulquer Salmaan and Mrinal Thakur have done cameos.
On the other hand, Ravi Kishan played the role of Shyam Manohar (a police officer) in ‘Missing Ladies’. Directed by Kiran Rao, the film stars Pratibha Ranta, Nitanshi Goyal, Sparsh Srivastava and Chhaya Kadam in lead roles. The film is currently streaming on Netflix.
