The digital and satellite rights of Bharatha Mahasayulaku Vignyaapthi are said to have been acquired by ZEE Network. This indicates that the film will be available for streaming on OTT platform ZEE5 after the completion of its theatrical run. According to Deccan Chronicle, the film rights were acquired at a nominal price compared to Mass Jathara.
Although the OTT release date of the film has not been announced yet, it is believed that the film will come online by mid-February 2026. However, no official confirmation has been made yet.

Bhartha Mahasayulaku Vignyapati is the story of Ram Satyanarayana, a vineyard owner in India. During a trip to Spain to market her new wine product, she meets Manasa Shetty, a Spanish company owner, who falls in love with her.
However, things change when it is revealed that Ram is already married to Balamani. With many comical moments, the film explores how he balances both relationships and how long he can keep this drama going.
