With only a few days left for the release of the much-awaited Tamil period drama thriller ‘Kantha’, actor Bhagyashree Borse has shared a heartfelt message expressing her gratitude to the team that helped shape her debut journey. The film starring Dulquer Salmaan is set to release in theaters on November 14 and marks the return of the Malayalam star to Tamil cinema.

In a social media post, Bhagyashree reflected on her experience working in the film, calling it a career-defining moment. He appreciated director Selvamani Selvaraj’s faith, writing, “Thank you Selvamani Selvaraj Ayya for believing in me and giving this rare opportunity to a newcomer like me. You are my first teacher, director. This film is your vision, and soon our audiences will see your magic.”

He also expressed gratitude towards co-producer Rana Daggubati, calling him both a mentor and a supportive friend. She wrote, “Thank you Rana Daggubati for supporting me from day one. You are a true friend and a precious human being, and I am fortunate to have you as my mentor in this journey as an actor and I would not have been able to do it without your support and constant guidance.”

Turning to her co-star, Dulquer Salmaan, Bhagyashree praised the actor, describing him as “a true Nadippu Chakraborty (emperor of acting)” and adding, “It was such a pleasure to act with you and you shine in every single frame. As an actor you are an inspiration to all of us!”

Recalling the day when she completely connected with her on-screen character Kumari, Bhagyashree wrote that March 30, 2023 was a milestone in her journey. He described ‘Kantha’ as a project made with a lot of love and passion and he hopes the audience will like it.
