Beyoncé turned 43 on Wednesday, September 4, and she didn’t keep her glamorous celebration a secret, instead posting a series of photo dumps on her Instagram to give a glimpse into her special day, including one that showed off her new whiskey brand.
The Crazy in Love hitmaker can be seen looking effortlessly flawless as ever in her birthday photos shared on Wednesday. One photo shows Beyoncé, who posed with ‘close friends’ Megan Thee Stallion and Gloriella after a recent girls night out, wearing a Pucci mini dress with matching sandals worth around USD 1,065, and holding some birthday balloons. Another photo shows her in a black swimsuit with her husband Jay Z.
Exhibit A was first up with a photo dump that showed a secret photo of her lavish celebration. The Hello singer jumped into a swimming pool while smoking a cigar and holding a drink. Tying her hair up she displayed some high heels and some Blumarine Acetate Mask sunglasses worth US$239, with some of the photos showing her feet while relaxing on sandy beaches with a view of the ocean. She also included some photos of her swimming with a rainbow smiling at her.
In a subsequent update, the star wore a festive mini dress to mark her birthday. She showed off her charm with a sparkling mini scarf, dark green mesh gloves and silver glasses on the birthday. She also showed off her luxurious villa, where she stood on the steps with a suitcase. In one photo, she looked cozy while hugging Jay-Z, 54, who sported a casual look including a white T-shirt, bucket hat and patterned pants. In another photo, the rapper was seen swimming while smoking a cigar.
Thanking her fans in the post caption, she said, “I’m so grateful for another year. Thank you for all the loving birthday wishes.”
Beyoncé also used the post to feature a video ad for her recently launched whiskey brand SirDavis. The stars’ three children Blue Ivy, 11, and twins Sir and Rumi, 6, were not in the photos posted. Beyoncé and Jay Z have been married for 16 years.
