The Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelanski arrived at the White House to sign a deal on rare minerals on Friday, but his meeting with his American counterpart, Donald Trump, descended to the international media inside the Oval office.
Prior to his ugly clash, a reporter was asked why he did not wear a suit for a meeting at the “highest level” office of the United States.
“Why don’t you wear a suit? Do you own a suit?” He asked, Leaving Trump, US Vice President JD Vance and other senior officials in the room partition.
“do you have a problem?” Zelansky shot back at the reporter.
The reporter replied, “Many Americans have a problem that does not respect the dress code of the oval office.”
Zelansky then said that he would wear a suit after the Russia-Ukraine war that ended in 2022, ending.
“I will wear a (suit) dress after the end of this war, yes. Probably anything. Yes, maybe something better. I don’t know, perhaps we will see. We’ll see. Something cheaper. Thanks, thanks,” he replied.

Trump also joined the conversation and said that he had Zelansky’s clothes “like”.

This was not the first time Zelansky wore his signature clothes. He first wore it in meetings with leaders of other countries and even in 2023 during his address to the United Nations General Assembly during his address.
Many social media users, however, brought billionaire Elon Musk, one of Trump’s closest colleagues, and said that he goes to a T-shirt and cabinet meetings in the baseball cap.
A user wrote on X, “What was the excuse of Elon Musk to wear a T-shirt for a cabinet meeting and a hat?”
Another user also posted a picture of the musk attending the first cabinet meeting hosted by Trump on 26 February, wearing Tram’s “Make America Great Again” (Maga) movement, wearing a T-shirt, a casual jacket, and a hat, affecting the slogan of the movement.

“Nobody has the right to comment on the organization of Prez Zelansky, when M (Elon Musk) is allowed in a cabinet meeting in T-shirts and baseball caps! Why don’t they ask if he is the owner of a suit, or why he never wear a suit!” Another user said.
Trump-Jalensky Clash at White House
Donald Trump’s first meeting with Volodimier Zelansky, since returning to power in January, began with a exchange of praise, but turned into a fierce argument within minutes.
The meeting began and began with a smile, but when JD Vance emphasized the need for diplomacy to resolve the Russia-Ukraine war, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an attack three years ago.
The US vice -president also accused Zelancesi of not being “grateful” for American support when the Ukrainian president questioned his call for “diplomacy” with Russia.

After this, Trump also jumped and supported his deputy.
After hot exchange, he posted on social media that Zelancesi “may return when ready for peace.”
