Apple has launched iPhone 17e, the most affordable smartphone of the iPhone 17 lineup. Beats has simultaneously launched some new special cases for the iPhone 17e, highlighting one of its biggest features i.e. MagSafe support. The new Beats iPhone 17e covers/cases are priced at Rs 4,500 and you can buy them today ahead of the iPhone 17e, which will go on sale from March 11 and pre-orders will start from March 4.

Beats’ iPhone 17e cases come in Bedrock Blue and Lime Stone options. According to Beats, they are made of polycarbonate and their flexible sidewalls can increase shock absorption while maintaining a thin and lightweight profile. The finish is matte and designed to take some beating. Beats says that it does not suffer from scratches, smudges and fingerprints. The interior of these cases is lined with smooth microfiber to help limit surface friction.
The Beats iPhone 17e cases are compatible with MagSafe, meaning they have a setup that perfectly aligns with the new iPhone’s built-in magnets that facilitate wireless charging over the Qi2 standard. The bottom of these cases is open to provide access to the USB-C port. Beats even says that these cases have been extensively tested to ensure that they protect the iPhone in case of any unwanted stress.
While the iPhone 17e cases manufactured by Beats are now available on Apple’s website, the smartphone iPhone 17e is scheduled to go live for pre-order on March 4 and will go on sale from March 11. iPhone 17e starts at Rs 64,900 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The model with 512GB storage will cost Rs 84,900.

The iPhone 17e features a 6.1-inch Super Retina It is powered by Apple’s A19 chip and has a C1X cellular modem. The 17e comes with 8GB of RAM as standard and offers up to 512GB of storage options, with base storage starting at 256GB. Talking about the camera, the iPhone 17e has a 48-megapixel camera on the back and a 12-megapixel TrueDepth camera on the front.
