BB 18 Day 32: Ekta Kapoor criticizes Rajat Dalal for abusing her housemates
Ekta Kapoor slammed Rajat Dalal for disrespecting his housemates in Bigg Boss 18 and highlighted the importance of respecting elders and maintaining decorum.

The Friday Ka Vaar segment of Bigg Boss 18 saw a heated argument between producer Ekta Kapoor and influencer Rajat Dalal. This week, Ekta and filmmaker Rohit Shetty will act as Salman Khan’s replacement as the latter is shooting for Sikandar in Hyderabad.
Ekta had a one-on-one conversation with Rajat on the show, during which she slammed him for abusing her housemates.
Ekta addressed Rajat and said,You say you respect women. Whenever any girl is criticized, you stand up and say, ‘No one will raise a finger on this girl’ – do you say this or not? So how can you betray a mother? (You say you respect women. Whenever trouble befalls a girl, you stand up and say, “No one will raise a finger on her” – right? Then you talk about someone’s mother. How can I use abusive language?).”
Rajat Dalal blamed his anger for his behaviour. Ekta interrupted him and said, “But you lose your respect in anger(But because of anger, your reputation also gets tarnished.)” He further said that although Rajat stands for the respect of women, in anger he starts insulting them. The social media influencer asked him to name the contestant whom he had disrespected.
Kapoor mentioned that he had seen a video of their fight in which he abused the mother of a male co-contestant. Avinash Mishra nodded in response and tried to justify his actions. On this the broker said, “Don’t know what is the scene inside, if you tease a common man even on the road, he will abuse you even while walking. All these people are stars, right? (I don’t know what’s the big deal inside, but if you tease a common man, he will abuse you. These people are stars).”
Kapoor intervened and said it was not about being a star. Rajat defended himself and said,As I have grown up in a palace and live with such boys, abuses happen normally, and as far as abuses are concerned, they were not given to me by shouting, they were my feelings, which came out in words. I apologized for that in front of everyone(I grew up in such an environment and lived with such boys, so cursing and cursing became normal. As far as abuses are concerned, I did not shout them out; they were my feelings In the words that came out, I have apologized to everyone).”

Ekta Kapoor highlighted that she asked her co-contestant twice about his family members, suggesting that it was done intentionally. He further said that people in this country respect elders, both men and women. ,If you had even taken my father’s name today, anyone’s parent who would have come inside the house would have fallen in love with you to understand and learn from you. Because parents are God for us. (If you had taken my father’s name today, I would have entered the house and explained and taught you not to drag one’s parents into this. Because parents are like God to us).
During the interaction with the housemates, Ekta also coached Chahat Mani Pandey, Sara Arfeen Khan, Shrutika Arjun Raj and Vivian Dsena.
