Bandra began as a 12-week pop-up in October 2023, once imagined as a temporary resident of space occupied by popular salt water cafe. From its early days, it was clear that it was going to leave an indelible impression on Mumbai’s food scene. Chef Partner Gresham Fernandes’ creative ods resonated with many people for their roots in this echoed places.
