Badshah issues statement after allegations of traffic rule violation: False allegations
Bollywood rapper Badshah has denied charges of traffic violation after being fined by Gurugram traffic police for driving on the wrong side of the road. His team claims that all the allegations against him are false and that he was only a passenger in the vehicle involved.

Bollywood rapper-singer Badshah, who was fined by the Gurugram traffic police for driving on the wrong side of the road, has now shared a statement regarding the incident. This was shared by his team. The statement said that all the allegations against the rapper are “false”.
The statement from Badshah’s team read, “We are issuing this statement to address the recent defamatory reports and false allegations regarding a traffic incident involving Badshah following the Karan Aujla concert on December 15, 2024 in the Delhi NCR region. These reports have alleged that Badshah… was involved in traffic violations, especially driving on the wrong side of the road. We wish to categorically state that this allegation is completely false. It is wrong.”
It further noted, “On the night of the concert, Badshah was a passenger in a white Toyota Vellfire (registration number HR55 AU 3333), a vehicle provided by Bakshi Transport Service Pvt. Ltd. and driven by a licensed professional driver. Our transportation arrangements included one Toyota Vellfire and three additional Toyota Innova Crystas to ensure safe and efficient transportation of our team throughout the event. Were not conducting the alleged incident.”
The statement concluded, “We categorically deny any involvement of Badshah or his team in the reported traffic violations. Any vehicle of our party, including the vehicles carrying Badshah, was found driving on the wrong side of the road.” Was not involved in the incident. Apart from this, no fine was imposed on any vehicle belonging to Badshah or his team that evening.
Earlier today, the traffic police imposed a fine of Rs 15,500 and took possession of the CCTV footage, which was being used to identify other vehicles involved in Badshah’s convoy. Commenting on the matter, DCP Traffic Virendra Vij said, “Yes, We imposed a fine for driving the king’s vehicle in the wrong directionWhile the car is not registered in his name, Badshah was personally present in it.”
The incident is of 15th December The artist attended the concert of Punjabi singer Karan Aujla At Aria Mall in Sector 68.
