The trailer has already been released, along with a few songs from the soundtrack. However, according to recent reports, the film has been postponed. A source exclusively told Pinkvilla that the upcoming film Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha will now release on July 26. With this new release date, the Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer is set to clash with the superhero film Deadpool and Wolverine. The Marvel Cinematic Universe film stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in the lead roles.
AMKDT was earlier clashing with newcomer Lakshya’s action thriller Kill. Now fans will have to wait a little longer to experience the love story between Ajay and Tabu’s characters Krishna and Vasudha.
According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, the film has been postponed in the interest of business. Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone starrer science-fiction film Kalki 2898 A.D. was released in theatres on June 27. The film has had a great opening weekend at the box office and is expected to do well in the coming days as well.
A source told the portal, “If ‘Auron Mein Kahaan Dum Tha’ releases this Friday, it will create screen sharing problems and both the films will be affected. And the exhibitors will also suffer losses.”
