Aryan Khan buys property worth Rs 37 crore in South Delhi: Report
Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has reportedly bought two floors in Panchsheel Park in South Delhi. The property is worth around Rs 37 crore, where Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan once lived.
Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has reportedly bought two floors of a property in Panchsheel Park in South Delhi for Rs 37 crore. The basement and ground floor of the property are already owned by his parents Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, who lived here during the early days of his career.
According to The Economic Times report, the transaction was registered in May this year and stamp duty of Rs 2.64 crore was paid.
In 2023, it was reported that Shah Rukh’s daughter Suhana Khan has bought a property in Alibaug. Reports suggested that it is a beach destination for the rich and famous of Mumbai, priced at Rs 12.91 crore.
According to the Economic Times, Suhana Khan has invested in a property worth Rs 12.91 crore in Thal village in Alibaug. The property includes three houses built on a total land spread over 1.5 acres. According to the ETimes report, the transaction took place on June 1, 2023. Suhana has also paid stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh.
Aryan Khan will not be seen in front of the camera like his father Shahrukh Khan. He will step into direction with a six-episode digital series ‘Stardom’. Bobby Deol is in the lead role in this series and Ranbir Kapoor is in a cameo role. Aryan has recently completed the shooting of the show.
The show, written by Aryan himself, is being bankrolled by Shah Rukh’s home production Red Chillies Entertainment. Mona Singh is expected to be seen in a pivotal role in the series, while King Khan, Ranveer Singh and Karan Johar will also be seen in cameos.
