Arshad Warsi’s recent ‘Joker’ comment about Prabhas’ acting in Kalki 2898 AD has taken the internet by storm. Several South celebrities and fans on social media have been reacting to the Jolly LLB 3 comment. Meanwhile, amid the trolling, Arshad has turned off the comments section of his latest post to avoid hate towards his family.
Just a few days ago, Arshad Warsi, during a conversation, compared Prabhas’ acting in Kalki 2898 AD to ‘Joker’. This angered many fans of the South star and they started criticizing the actor on social media.
Meanwhile, the actor has taken to Instagram to avoid the hate towards his family. His latest post featuring a picture of his wife Maria Goretti and daughter was shared on the occasion of Independence Day. “Happy Independence Day… Jai Hind” was the caption of the post followed by a folded hands emoji.

After Arshad’s comment on Prabhas went viral on the internet, his comment section was flooded with negative comments. Now, a few days later, the Jolly LLB 3 actor has turned off the comment section to protect his family from all the negativity.
While speaking with Samdheesh Bhatia on his YouTube channel, the actor revealed that he did not like Kalki 2898 AD. Despite expressing his disappointment, he highly praised Amitabh Bachchan’s presence in the film.
Adding further to his review, the actor expressed his disappointment over Prabhas’ performance, saying, “Prabhas, I am really sad, why was he… he was like a joker. Why? I want to see Mad Max. I want to see Mel Gibson in there. Tumne unko kya bana diya yaar. Kyon karte ho aisa mujhe nahi samjha aata (What have you taken from it? Why do they do such things, I never understand).”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Arshad will next be seen in Subhash Kapoor’s Jolly LLB 3 alongside Akshay Kumar and Huma Qureshi. Pinkvilla exclusively reported earlier this year that the makers have locked the release date for April 10, 2025, on the occasion of Mahavir Jayanti.
Apart from this, Mid-Day has also reported that he will be reuniting with Rajkumar Hirani in Pritam Pedro alongside Vikrant Massey.
