Arjun shared, “When you are struggling with mental health issues or going through difficult situations, you need to understand the ‘why’. First of all, I tried to understand why this is happening As someone who never really had these symptoms, I was confused as I suddenly developed a tendency to overthink and lack motivation. See, I didn’t isolate myself – I didn’t isolate myself from friends, family. I talked to members and therapists. I would like to say that no one should ever go into a shell.”

“It wasn’t just about my career; my daily life was being affected. The challenge was to do something about it. I could have continued to feel that way, but I took it upon myself to make a change. I didn’t fall apart; What I didn’t prepare for, however, was that it takes time. It’s not as simple as taking a pill and feeling better the next day – you can’t just wake up one day and say everything is fine,” Singham. Again Star added.

Kapoor said the process is time-consuming but every second is valuable.

“The process is very slow. You have to rebuild yourself. You have to talk about it, be present in the moment and accept that there are things you’re dealing with. And as a professional actor and public figure, In form, you have to put yourself out there, even when you’re struggling internally, balancing that can be tiring, so, it wasn’t just one day when I suddenly ‘got over it’ Came out’ – it’s a continuous journey,” the actor said.

He further explained, “It’s an ongoing journey that I’m still on. Even now, as I’m talking to you, I may have some tough days ahead of me. But I’m better prepared because I’ve faced it and accepted that it is an issue. It may seem overly simplistic, but I’ve reached a place where I’ve found a balance, a way of taking care of myself even during the tough days. Method.”

Arjun has a No Entry sequel in the pipeline.
