Why are Tadka Oats perfect for breakfast?
Tadka oats are the ideal breakfast to start your day. Oats are a time-tested grain that is packed with essential nutrients, including more protein than many other grains and beta-glucan, a type of fiber that supports your health. Tadka made with everyday spices gives this basic oat recipe a bold flavor twist. You can also add vegetables or protein for an extra punch. So, not only are these oats nutritious, but they are also customizable according to your taste and keep you energized all day long.
Can you prepare tadka oats in advance?
Believe me! Tadka oats are best eaten fresh, but if you are in a hurry you can make them in advance. Just prepare a big batch and keep it in the fridge for breakfast. However, to retain that fresh tadka flavour, do the tadka just before serving.
