Naga Chaitanya and Akhil Akineni are actually each other’s half -brothers. They share the same father as Nagarjuna Akini, but there are different mothers.
Well, Naga Chaitanya is the son of Nagarjuna from his first wife Lakshmi Daggubati. The couple were married in February 1984 and were blessed with a son. However, he was divorced after six years in 1990.
On the other hand, Akhil Akineni is the son of Kubera actor who is from his second marriage with Amala. In 1992, the two tied the knot two years after Nagarjuna’s divorce.

Lakshmi Daggubati is the sister of actor Venkatesh Daggubati and Rana is also the aunt of Daggubati.

In his personal life, both brothers have found their life partners. Speaking about the Thandel actor, he tied the knot with Sobhita Dhulipala on December 4, 2024 at Annapurna Studio.
On the other hand, Akhil will be married to famous artist Zainab Raoji on 6 June 2025.
