The moment you enter this cozy restaurant, you are greeted by an airy, sunlit space that instantly captivates you. The interiors of April By K have been carefully designed to emphasize natural light, creating an ambiance that feels both modern and inviting. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows dominate the walls, letting in abundant natural light into the place. The use of minimal neutral furniture and a large bougainvillea plant in the middle create the perfect backdrop for your next Instagram post.
At the core of April By Kay’s culinary philosophy is a commitment to using the freshest produce available. The menu is a testament to this dedication, incorporating seasonal ingredients in a way that highlights the ingredients’ natural flavors and vibrant colors. For all those who never saw the full potential of a great plate of salad, they never laid their eyes on the Avocado and Citrus Salad. It’s a serving of creamy avocado slices paired with juicy grapefruit and orange slices, all drizzled with a light vinaigrette. The easiest and most refreshing way to beat the heat, if you ask us. A moment of silence for all those times we’ve said no to broccoli growing up. If Provision had been around before Broccoli met Hot Honey, the world would have been a different place. What’s better than paneer? We didn’t either, and thank god we didn’t, because we would have missed out on tasting one of the juiciest, most delicious dishes possible.

For the main meal, April By Ke offers a variety of options that cater to different tastes. Even with the vast European menu, it is hard to ignore some of the Asian-inspired dishes. The chicken skewers with various Asian sauces like gochujang and teriyaki were a great accompaniment to the roasted chicken rice bowls that explode in the mouth with spicy and tangy flavors.

No meal at April by K is complete without tasting one of their finest desserts. The Mandarin Posset, a seasonal favourite, we wished was always on the menu because it deserves all the love it can get. Extraordinary cannot undermine the excellence of this humble, creamy dessert. We would give up the classic tiramisu, which we generously served with wine, which we thoroughly enjoyed, for this delicious sweet souvenir.
There are very few restaurants that can take your breath away. It is heartening to see that this tiny restaurant is not only aiming to scale skyscraper heights, but in fact, is not too far away from making it to the top without even trying.
