And yes, you are looking at it right – there is a single camera on the back in the air. This means that in the year 2025, Apple will have not one but two smartphones with the same camera. If you miss it, the iPhone SE 4 will be unveiled tomorrow.

The air will replace the plus model this year. Preliminary reports of ridiculous high prices for air can be just ridiculous. We do not yet know the accurate price, but it would clearly be very suitable for the phone with a camera and a non-app Apple A19 chipset. It will be super diluted, however, 5.5 mm at its thinnest point.

The iPhone 17 Pro series has to get an upgrade periscope with 48MP sensors and 5X lenses (above 12MP 5X at 16 Pro series). Which certainly does not justify the island of the huge camera, so we are eager to hear why Apple went with this design.

To be fair, the current camera island design lags behind the iPhone 11 series (2019), so a fresh design is not unfair. But it seems a little bit. Anyway, the iPhone 17 series will not be out until September, so the focus is now on the new iPhone SE, then possibly new iPad Air and/or iPad professionals, both upcoming Apple M4 chips and then with the new mainline iPhone series.
