Many Bollywood actors attended the wedding reception of Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Alia Kashyap in Mumbai. These included actress Shweta Basu, who graced the event in a beautiful golden lehenga. The diva also shared several inside glimpses of the festivities, including a video of happy father Anurag, who was seen having fun at the celebrations.
In the clip, the Black Friday director can be seen handling the DJ console at the party and changing songs. He even danced vigorously to the tune of a popular Bollywood song.

Like a true blue Indian at a wedding celebration, the groom became a drummer for the night and tried playing the musical instrument. In an old clip of the couple’s mehendi ceremony, shutterbugs spotted Anurag entering the venue. When he asked him to express his feelings on his daughter’s wedding, the filmmaker hilariously said, “Abe yaar! Hosh nahi hai mujhe four days se, aur tum log… (I have not been conscious for the last four days and you people are asking…)’
In another clip from the couple’s wedding reception, he asked the media not to ask him any questions. However, he said to them, “Can’t it be seen on the face? I am Roraha. (Can’t you see my face? I’m crying.)”
