Ansula Kapoor honored Late Mother with engagement, Mahep performed duties

Ansula Kapoor, daughter of filmmaker Boney Kapoor and sister of Arjun Kapoor, recently engaged to her long -time lover Rohan Thakkar. On Saturday, October 4, he shared photos with his traditional Gor Dhana ceremony, Gujarati East-wedding rituals. Family and close friends participated in the intimate festival. In the viral video, Mahip Kapoor showed her mother’s duties and how Ansula honored her mother’s legacy.

Traditionally, this ritual is performed by senior women from the groom and bride’s families, including mothers, grandmothers, aunt and sisters. The fans praised Mahip for completing ‘Mother Duty’ for Ansula in the absence of his late mother, producer Mona Shourie Kapoor, who died in 2012.
Other than this, Ansula also shared a video from the festival Where he can be seen honoring his mother’s legacy with his organization. She gave a glimpse of her look, designed by Arpita Mehta. The word ‘Rab Rai’ was stitched backwards. In her caption, Ansula revealed that it was something that her late mother used to say and believed in her.
