Ansula Kapoor is open about her struggles with PCOS. Internet personality, who is the sister of actor Arjun Kapoor, often shares experiences related to her food on Instagram. Whether she is enjoying a bowl of rich and bhogi gajar pudding or discussing her healthy eating habits, 34 -year -old is transparent about her dietary options. Recently, Kapoor posted a clear video on Instagram, where he shared his top food swaps to manage PCOS symptoms. Taking her social media handle, Kapoor wrote that she is working with PCOS as long as she can remember. Expanding this on this, he said, “mood swings, swelling, weight fluctuations, and never ending hormonal rollercosters.”

She went to explain that the food has always been her “rest”, but the disappointment of leaving her favorite dishes inspired her to find delicious, PCOS-friendly options.

Here are some swaps shared:

1. Swap chips with house

In the video, Kapoor revealed that he replaced the processed, salty chips with Makhan. He also mentioned that his family redeems him at home in different tastes and even uses them to make chaat.

2. Swap wheat flour with millet or jawar flour

Kapoor shared that he was made with regular wheat rotis with millet or Jovar flour. He said, “Once you switch, you will feel the difference.” Millet and jowar flour are high in protein and fiber, making them a more nutritious option for weight management.

3. Swap regularly for any Greek Curd

If you are a fan of right, switching to unwanted Greek yogurt is a great way to promote your protein intake. Greek yogurt also keeps you full for a long time and supports healthy digestion.

4. Swap Meda Bread for Soragham or Amarant Bread

Regular maida-based bread can negatively affect intestine health. Instead, camphor opposes for soregham or immortal bread, which are nutrient-dense and intestinal-friendly options.

5. Swap aendic beverage for functional beverages

Kapoor said, “I had stopped packing soda a long time ago.” She explained that when she craves a flavored drink, she chooses functional drinks that not only keeps her hydrated, but also helps to restore electrolyte balance.
