New Delhi, Automotive Components Producer Belryales Industries said on Tuesday that it has received Rs 645 crore from anchor investors a day before its initial share-selling for public subscription. Investors are uplifting on the BlackRock, Capital Group, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (MF), HDFC MF, Nippan India MF, M&G (Prudential), PineBridge, Valuquest and Bajaj Elianz Life, anchor round.

According to the circular, the company allocated 7.16 crore equity shares to 90 APCEs, which is also the upper end of the price band.

      Balryce Industries is an India-based OMOT Tomotive Components Manufacturing Company, offering two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles and various safety-cricket systems and other engineering solutions.

      It marketed its products locally and internationally, expanding operations in many markets including AUST Stria, Slovakia, UK, Japan and Thailand.

      The company has a long relationship with customers, including leading multinational OEMs such as Bajaj Auto toe, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, Hero MotoCorp, Jaguar Land Rover and Royal Enfield Motors.

      It has 17 production facilities in 10 states on 2024.

      Axis Capital, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, Jefferies India and SBI Capital Markets are lead managers running the book on this issue.
