Actress Deepika Padukone is going through the phase of motherhood these days. The new mother has not revealed her baby’s face yet. Apart from her personal life, Deepika often makes headlines for her professional life and doing her work beautifully. Ananya Panday recently called Deepika Padukone ‘the most beautiful woman ever’. She remembered idolizing him while growing up.
In a new interview with Humans of Bombay, Ananya Panday opened up about Deepika Padukone and how Deepika has inspired her. Ananya admitted that she idolized her Ghahriyaan co-star Deepika in her growing up years.
Ananya said, “She is the most beautiful woman I have ever met. More than anything superficially, I think she is a brave actress in terms of her choices as well as the way she conducts herself on the set “
The Call Me Bay star further said that she has learned these things from Deepika and described the senior actress as “the first female superstar” she has ever worked with.
Speaking about her experience on the sets of Ghahriyaan, Ananya recalled that despite the film being “intimate and brave”, Deepika held her own. The 38-year-old actress said that she was very open about working on the sets.
On the work front, Ananya Panday made her Bollywood debut with Student of the Year 2 alongside Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria. Her other notable works include Khaali Peeli, Pati Patni Aur Woh, Liger, Dream Girl 2 and many more.
Ananya is now preparing for the film CTRL being directed by Vikramaditya Motwane. The upcoming cyber thriller is scheduled for Netflix release on October 4, 2024. The actress plays the role of Naila who gets trapped in the world of AI.
Directed by filmmaker Shakun Batra, Gehrahiyaan stars Deepika Padukone, Ananya Panday, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Dhairya Karva in lead roles. Co-produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Shakun Batra and Apoorva Mehta, the romantic-drama film was released on February 11, 2022.
Deepika welcomed her daughter with her husband, actor Ranveer Singh in September this year. His most notable works include Padmavat, Piku, Om Shanti Om, Cocktail, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Ghahriyaan, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani and others.
