Himesh Reshammiya recently talked about her rise to launch Deepika Padukone and her rise for fame. Before she became one of the top stars of Bollywood, she appeared in Himesh’s 2006 music video for her popular album Aap Kaa Suroor’s song Naam Hai Tera. Himesh played an essential role in introducing him to the audience and shared his views on his travel and success.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Himesh Reshammiya spoke a lot about Deepika Padukone’s appearance and talent in the video, calling her a star from day one. He said, “Humne toh and also launch the Ko Koo, but they all Deepika Nahi Bani. (We have launched many other girls, but no one can become Deepika.)” She emphasized this. That the credit of his stardom goes to him completely. Himesh continued, “She was a star from day one.”

Deepika’s presence added a separate grave to the music video, which added the success of the song and the album. The video was shot in a dream and a shimmering subject, shown as the head of the song. His screen appearance, grace and attraction attracted the attention of millions of viewers, including Bollywood internal formulas.
Deepika was already a successful model at that time. Nevertheless, her performance in music video gave the audience her first look at her ability as an actress, before she was seen by Farah Khan.
Himesh remembered how, from the beginning, it was clear that Deepika had something special. She was confident that she would move forward to do a great job in films, and she proved to be right when she started her Bollywood in 2007 with Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om.
