Megastar Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his 82nd birthday yesterday. Big B received celebratory wishes from celebrities like Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, Kajol, Ajay Devgan and many more. A day after the happy occasion, Aishwarya Rai sent good wishes to Aaradhya’s ‘pa-grandfather’ on his big day with an adorable picture. Don’t miss.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan shared an old picture of her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan on Instagram. Aishwarya’s daughter Aaradhya Bachchan is also in this post. The grandfather-daughter duo can be seen posing happily for the camera.
In the picture, Big B is wearing a white hoodie and little Aaradhya is twinning with him. She chose a white floral dress and a cute hairband. Aishwarya’s daughter Aaradhya is holding a beautiful rose in her hand.

Let us tell you, Amitabh Bachchan once praised his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai for her strength to endure labor pain for “about 2-3 hours” without resorting to painkillers. While talking to the media outside his bungalow Jalsa after Aaradhya’s birth, Big B talked about Aishwarya.
Speaking to the media, Big B praised Aishwarya’s perseverance during the delivery and revealed that she wanted a “normal delivery” and did not use any painkillers.
Aishwarya Rai has a warm relationship with her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan. They have worked together in films like Mohabbatein, Hum Kisi Se Kum Nahin, Sarkar Raj, Khakhi and others.
Aishwarya was also featured in the song Kajra Re from Bunty Aur Babli. The 2005 film Track co-starred her husband Abhishek Bachchan and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan.
Amitabh Bachchan was born to Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan in 1942 in Allahabad (now Prayagraj). Big B married Jaya Bhaduri (now Bachchan) in 1973. The senior couple has two children, Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan.
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Nag Ashwin’s directorial debut, Kalki 2898 AD. The film also featured Deepika Padukone, Prabhas, Kamal Haasan and other star actors. Big B will now be seen in South megastar Rajinikanth’s upcoming Tamil film Vettaiyan.
