Amazon Prime Day deals: Samsung, Lenovo, Amazon tablets in the UK and Germany

It’s the second day of Amazon Prime Day 2024 and there are plenty of deals available on tablets during this time. We have compiled a list of some of the best options in different budgets. Remind that you will need an active Prime subscription to get these deals.

Amazon Germany is offering the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 for €699. This 2-in-1 launched in late 2022, but it’s a full PC replacement capable of running all your Windows X86 apps as well as less demanding games. It has a 13.5-inch touchscreen, 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. It also supports some decent I/O with 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports and includes a free copy of Windows 11 Home and a month of Xbox Game Pass.

Apple’s baseline iPad (2022) costs €367/£304 and is a great entry point into Apple’s tablet ecosystem. It might not have the best screen, chipset or cameras in Apple’s tablet range, but the iPad (2022) will be supported for years to come and can meet all the basic tablet needs.

Next on the list is Samsung’s Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE and Tab S9 FE. The first Tab is available from Amazon Germany for €340 and features a large 12.4 LCD display for media use and has a 10,090mAh battery that can last several days on a single charge.

The Tab S9 FE costs £380 and has a sharp 10.9-inch 90Hz LCD, Samsung’s Exynos 1380 chipset and runs the latest One UI 6 with Android 14.

Samsung’s more affordable Galaxy Tab A9 series is also getting a discount. The Tab A9+ starts at €180 on Amazon Germany, while the compact 8.7-inch Tab A9 costs £120 on Amazon UK.

Lenovo has discounted its Android tablet called the Tab P12 by up to €320/£280. It features a 12.7-inch IPS LCD paired with quad speakers, MediaTek’s DImensity 7050 chipset and a 10,200 mAh battery with 33W charging.

The Tab P11 (Generation 2) is discounted to €199/£150 and is another great option in this price range. It has an 11.5-inch IPS LCD, Helio G99 chipset and a 7,700 mAh battery.

Amazon’s Fire tablets are also getting a discount, with the Fire HD 10 (2023) down to €85/£80. That’s for the 3/32GB version with ads, but it’s a solid deal considering the price.
