Amazon MGM Studio James Bond receives control benefits of franchise
In a significant change for the iconic James Bond series, manufacturers Barbara Brokoli and Michael G Wilson are stepping down. Amazon MGM Studios will now complete the franchise after Amazon’s 2022 acquisition.

The James Bond film franchise will no longer be under the control of the Broccoli dynasty, as the long -run producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael Ji Wilson have announced their departure from the series. The franchise will be handed over to Amazon MGM Studio.
The pair, which oversee the franchise for decades, will now hand over creative control to Amazon MGM Studio. This infection follows the acquisition of Amazon of Bond’s original studio in 2022.
In a statement issued by Broccoli and Wilson, both will be in the form of co-owners of the James Bond franchise. However, ‘Creative Control’ will be given to Amazon MGM Studio.
Wilson said, “For about 60 incredible years with my 007 career, I am withdrawing from focusing on art and charitable projects by producing James Bond films. Therefore, Barbara and I agree, it is our reliable companion , Amazon is the time for MGM Studio, to lead James Bond in the future.
“My life is dedicated to maintaining and building an extraordinary heritage that Michael and I was assigned by our father, producer Cubbi Broccoli. I have received the honor to work closely with four talented actors, who played 007 and thousands. Are of amazing artists within the industry.
With Amazon now responsible for the future of the franchise, the decision on which will further depict the iconic detective lie in the hands of the studio.
However, no timeline has been set for casting or production of the next installment in the series.
