Uncertainty on the future of Tiktok in America is decreasing. Meanwhile, some extent fighting has shown interest in achieving the company’s American operations with technical giants such as Amazon, Microsoft and Oracle. It comes after the US President, Donald Trump, while expanding the Tiktok ban in the US, he said that he would like to remain in American control of Tiktok under American control. And the way to do this is that the company operating in India has been acquired by another American tech company. To fool the plan, Trump also signed an executive order this month to create a sovereign money fund which aims to facilitate the purchase of Tiktok.

According to reports, Amazon, Microsoft and Oracle have discovered ways to acquire Ticketkok privately or handle their American operations, but this is not the option that the ticket is clearly searching. Tiktok is reportedly looking for an alternative option that avoids lump sum sale of its American operations. Reportedly, Tikokok is talking about a plan for the protection of American data-which is a major dispute through an independent US-based unit in this case.

The CEO of Tikokok, who allegedly met with senior officials of the White House to suggest a plan to create a joint venture with US investors, which could be headed to oversee data security in the US. In this way, the company will have management based out of the US, and its board of directors will be mainly American.

With joining the entire sovereign fund, it is still not clear that the US government will also be an investor. Meanwhile, US vice -president JD Vance is now in charge of overseeing the talks, using their background in enterprise capital and forming a relationship with Silicon Valley, so that the tickets can help find solutions to the problem.

Elon Musk says that she is not interested in achieving tiktok

Ever since Tiktok Ban and Trump’s talk of maintaining their operations in the US started, rumors have come that Elon Musk will eventually buy the stage. However, speaking at a virtual summit recently, Musk dismissed the rumors that China was ready to sell him to Tiktok. It came after reports in January that officials in China were discussing the possibility of laying Tikok for musk as a means of avoiding the US ban. However, Bidens has repeatedly rejected these reports. A company spokesperson called these reports “Shuddha Katha”.

The Trump administration is doing everything to keep Tiktok in the US, addressing national security concern. As soon as Donald Trump took over as the new US President, one of the first things he did was to expand the Tiktok US ban for 75 days. Originally ready to be effective in January, the restriction deadline is now extended to April 2025.
