Matt Bomer is a proud father and lives a happy life with his husband Simon Halls on normal days. But when it comes to playing Uno, the family gets into some real “hot” situations.
The Emmy Award nominee recently shared how he and his family like to have fun with the aforementioned card game during family vacations.
Speaking to PEOPLE for their latest issue, Matt Bomer said the family of five always packs a card deck for their vacation, adding, “Uno is always a classic.”
After this, he told how all the members of the family get angry while playing this card game. Bomar also told that many times after playing the game, there was a heated argument in the family.
Talking about his interesting experiences related to other card games, the Magic Mike XXL actor said that he saw a never-seen-before side of the people around him while playing the famous Cards Against Humanity.
Speaking to the outlet, Bomer said that he plays the “NC-17” game when his kids aren’t around, and that he was surprised by the sense of humor of the people he played the game with.
The actor also stressed that this card game brings out the dark side of everyone who plays it.
Shedding light on his choices, The Boys in the Bank actor also revealed that he has no competitive instincts.
Bomar said he enjoys team sports more, citing relays as his favorite event. He also mentioned the football and track teams as two of his interests.
However, Matt Bomer revealed that while on stage or in production, he prefers working together with the group.
Matt Bomer married Simon Halls in 2011. They have three children: Kit, Walker, and Henry. Kit was born in 2005, while the other two twins, Henry and Walker, were born in 2008.
The actor was nominated for an Emmy Award this year for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie. Bomer was nominated for his outstanding performance in Fellow Travelers.
