The actor’s public expression of gratitude underlines the deep personal and professional bond that the two have developed over the years, especially after their collaboration Pushpa Franchise.

Allu Arjun and Sukumar collaborated for the first time in Sukumar’s debut film, Aryawhich was commercially successful and established both of them as leading figures in the Telugu film industry. Their creative partnership expanded to three more projects, including the successful sequel Arya 2and especially, Pushpa Franchise. Over the years, their collaboration has not only entertained the audiences but also set new standards for storytelling and performances in the industry.

The duo’s most recent and major work, Pushpa: Rise (2022) achieved critical success by earning over Rs 350 crore worldwide. Allu Arjun’s portrayal in the film earned him the National Film Award for Best Actor, further strengthening the impact of their collaboration.
